Lauren is an Award-Winning Businesswoman, Marketer, Media Spokesperson, and Diversity and Inclusion Strategist. She is one of the nation’s leading thought leaders on Diversity and Inclusion, Crisis Communications, and Media Relations. Currently, Lauren serves as Founder and CEO of ColorComm Media Group and ColorComm, Inc. ColorComm Network is a national professional membership organization that produces over 100 local programs a year, including over 2,000 members and community access to more than 40,000 professionals.


As CEO of a Nationwide organization, Lauren has a strong professional presence and name recognition. With personal projects on the horizon and the need to position herself as a brand, independent of ColorComm, Lauren needed her own online home. Her personal brand website serves as a “home base” for all things ColorComm and Lauren, the boss behind the business(es).


  • Establish brand authority and capture the power of her personal platform

  • Develop site architecture and navigation that enable easy browsing and a seamless UX experience

  • Establish SEO foundations for future growth and leverage

  • Implement a fully responsive solution on the Squarespace platform


The goal was to customize a Squarespace template to showcase Lauren, her network, and her highlights as an individual brand. The key objective was to immediately invite visitors into Lauren’s world from the first view and use the signature ColorComm Network pink to connect all her brands with the site. Lauren’s personal brand is known for being timeless with a bold and bright edge. The colors and flow complement these characteristics.
