Having the functionality you need is great, but what happens when you need to make an adjustment? We’ll be right there with you, offering ongoing technical support. Our familiarity with your project allows us to easily assist with upgrades, customization, and troubleshooting.

Site Maintenance
5 monthly "inquiry email" support:

This is option is best for the web design enthusiast who on occasion needs help/direction.

You feel comfortable make edits/updates, however you occasionally need guidance on finding information + steps.

Design isn't your forte so you'd like input + feedback on various design elements.

You don't speak fluent "website" but are working on increasing your skills and abilities.
What is NOT included in this agreement:
We will not physically access your site to make changes or edits. All guidance and support is handed via email. The inquiry total does not roll over. Follow-up questions to initial inquires do not count towards the monthly allotment.
Cost: 3month minimum
$300/mo.
Plan Includes
Site Maintenance
10hrs per month for services including:

Edit, revise, update or create new textual/minor graphical content.

Consultation, and guidance on the use of the web site.

“Lite” support and assistance for site administrator

SEO maintenance such as Meta tags management for all updates (title, description, keywords), alt tag, h1, h2, h3.
What is NOT included in this agreement:

Website redesign or re-development equaling more than 50% change to website design or branding.

New Blogs, eCommerce shopping carts, etc. that would require a new proposal/agreement.
Cost: 3month minimum
$500/mo.

Site Maintenance & Content Management
20hrs per month for services including:

Edit, revise, update or create new textual/minor graphical content.

Consultation, and guidance on the use of the web site.

Side by side support and assistance with site administrator

SEO maintenance such as Meta tags management for all updates (title, description, keywords), alt tag, h1, h2, h3.

Content updates including but not limited to:blog posts, news & information, policy updates, provided videos/media
What is NOT included in this agreement:

Website redesign or re-development equaling more than 50% change to website design or branding.
Cost: 3month minimum
